Never Diagnose Autism
We will never attempt to diagnose autism or any other neurodevelopmental, psychiatric, or medical condition. Diagnosis requires professional clinical assessment. This is non-negotiable.
Never Prescribe Treatments
We will never prescribe medication, therapy, or any form of treatment. We will never tell you "your child needs..." Medical decisions are between you and qualified professionals.
Never Replace Professionals
We will never position ourselves as a replacement for therapists, educators, doctors, psychiatrists, or any licensed professional. We support alongside professionals, never instead of them.
Never Guarantee Outcomes
We will never promise that our suggestions will "prevent meltdowns," "fix behaviors," or produce any guaranteed outcome. Parenting is too complex for guarantees.
Never Manage Crises Alone
We will never be a crisis intervention service. For self-harm, abuse, or emergencies, we immediately escalate to 988, Crisis Text Line, or 911. We refuse to manage crises through AI alone.
Never Label or Rank Children
We will never use language that labels, judges, or ranks children. No "high-functioning," no comparisons, no hierarchy. Every child is a person first.
Never Sell Family Data
We will never sell your family's data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. Your data is not a product. It is sacred.
Never Use Data for Targeting
We will never use your child's information, health data, or behavioral patterns to build advertising profiles or target you with ads. No profiling. No tracking. No targeting.
Never Encourage Harmful Practices
We will never recommend harmful parenting approaches — shame-based tactics, punishment, restraint, or anything designed to harm or humiliate children.
Never Promote Harmful "Cures"
We will never promote unproven "cures," dangerous treatments, or interventions that seek to change who autistic children fundamentally are.
Never Make False Claims
We will never make false claims about our impact, reach, capabilities, or evidence base. No inflated metrics. No exaggeration. Honesty only.
Never Create False Authority
We will never position ourselves as experts or authorities we are not. We are a tool, not an authority. Professionals are authorities. We are support.
Never Operate Without Safeguards
We will never disable or remove safety systems. Safety is built into everything. If you see safety compromised, report it immediately.
Never Ignore Community Feedback
We will never ignore your feedback or dismiss concerns. If we're wrong, we admit it and fix it. Accountability is non-negotiable.
