Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AutiPower ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the AutiPower platform operator. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

AutiPower is an AI-powered parenting support platform designed to provide information, strategies, and guidance to parents and caregivers of autistic children.

**What AutiPower IS:** — A source of general parenting strategies and behavioral guidance — An AI tool that helps interpret behavioral patterns and suggest approaches — A platform for organizing and tracking behavioral observations — An informational resource based on publicly available autism parenting knowledge

**What AutiPower is NOT:** — A medical service or healthcare provider — A therapy or clinical psychology service — A substitute for professional ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or any other clinical intervention — A diagnostic tool of any kind — A crisis intervention service

If your child or family is in immediate danger or crisis, contact emergency services (911, 999, 112, or your local equivalent) immediately. Do not rely on this platform in emergencies.

Responses generated by AutiPower's AI system are produced by large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic). These responses are:

— Generated algorithmically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information — Not reviewed by licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals before delivery — Not tailored to the full clinical picture of your child — only to the profile information you have provided — Not a substitute for professional assessment or individualised therapy plans

You acknowledge that AI-generated guidance may not be appropriate for your specific situation. You agree to exercise your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before implementing any strategy that could significantly affect your child's wellbeing, education, or development.

We expressly disclaim liability for any outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated content provided by the Platform.

AutiPower will never attempt to diagnose autism or any other neurodevelopmental, psychiatric, or medical condition.

If any AI response appears to suggest a diagnosis, it is an error. Do not act on it. Report it to us immediately at our contact form at autipower.com/contact so we can correct the underlying prompt behavior.

Autism diagnosis requires formal clinical assessment by qualified professionals. No AI platform can or should replace that process.

By using this Platform, you agree to:

— Provide accurate information about yourself and your child to enable appropriate guidance — Be at least 18 years old and a parent, legal guardian, or authorised caregiver of the child whose profile you create — Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in good faith — Not attempt to extract harmful, manipulative, or dangerous content from the AI — Not share your account credentials with others — Not use the Platform to collect data about other people's children without their explicit consent — Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the Platform.

The welfare of children is our highest priority.

If you become aware of a child in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or child protection authority immediately. Do not wait for an AI response.

AutiPower is not a safeguarding or mandatory reporting system. We are not a licensed childcare or welfare organisation. We do not have safeguarding duties in a legal sense — however, we are committed to the safety and dignity of every child whose parent uses this Platform.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe are being used in ways that could harm children.

The AutiPower codebase is open source and available on GitHub under the MIT License. You are free to fork, modify, and deploy it in accordance with that license.

Content you submit to the Platform (messages, profile data) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

AI-generated responses are produced using your inputs and third-party AI models. We make no claim of authorship over AI outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

AutiPower and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

— Reliance on AI-generated guidance that proves inaccurate or inappropriate — Loss of data due to technical failure — Decisions made based on Platform content that result in harm to your child or family — Interruption or unavailability of the service

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users in the European Union, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected by these Terms.

For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

We aim to resolve disputes informally first — please contact us before initiating any formal process.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for abusive or harmful purposes, or where continued access poses a risk to the Platform or its users.

On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.
